What time is Check-in & Check-out?

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-Out time is 10:00 AM

What time are quiet hours?

To keep things peaceful for our neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Do you have security cameras on the property?

For your safety and the security of the property, we have external cameras located on the eaves overlooking the driveway & some properties have a video doorbell. These devices are active 24/7. Please be assured that there are no cameras inside the home, and we fully respect your privacy.

Are there wild animals around the property?

Estes Park is home to wild animals in their natural environment. Please be mindful and do not approach or feed the wildlife.

What if I need more than one property for my vacation?

Traveling with a group? Our portfolio includes seven premium rentals throughout the Estes Valley. Contact us about booking multiple properties to accommodate your entire party.

What kind of interaction will I have with the property manager or staff?

To ensure a seamless arrival, we will reach out before your check-in date. Our local property manager lives nearby and is available via text, phone, or message throughout your stay should you need anything. To respect your privacy, we will always notify you in advance and request permission before any staff member visits the property.

How do I check into the property?

Experience a seamless arrival with our secure, keyless entry system. For your convenience, a unique access code will be sent to you prior to your stay, allowing for easy self-check-in starting at 3:00 PM on your arrival date.

When will I get the exact address of the property I am renting?

For your peace of mind and security of all our guests, we provide the specific property address three days before your check-in date. This ensures you have all the details you need just in time for your trip.

What is winter driving like in Estes Park?

Estes Park's snowplow crew is excellent, ensuring regular clearing during snowstorms. However, significant blizzards can cause delays. Given our 8,000-foot elevation and heavy snowfall from October to May, we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles.

Do I need a car while vacationing in Estes Park?

Yes, a car is recommended for your visit to Estes Park. We do have a free trolley downtown and a summer bus system with different routes around town.

Financial Questions

How do I pay for my vacation?

To secure your stay, a 50% payment is due upon booking. The remaining balance will be automatically processed 30 days before your check-in using the card provided. We accept all major credit cards.

What is your cancellation policy?

What do I do if my credit card has changed since my initial payment?

Contact us at 303-507-5677 and we can update it over the phone.

What if I need more than one property for my vacation? Can I get a discount?

What do I do if someone in my party wants to pay for part of the reservation?

If I cancel my reservation, how quickly will I receive my money back?

We process refunds immediately upon cancellation. However, it can take 7-10 business days for your credit card company to process it on their end.

Are there any additional fees?

A small guest channel fee is added during checkout. If you would like to have this fee waived, call 303-507-5677 to book your stay.
