TRAVEL IN ESTES PARK
While a car is highly recommended for exploring the area, Estes Park offers a convenient free summer transit service, "The Peak," from late May to late October providing easy access to destinations within Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
You can walk downtown (1/2) Mile away.
WINTER DRIVING
Estes Park's snow plow crew is excellent, ensuring regular clearing during snowstorms. However, significant blizzards can cause delays. Given our 8,000-foot elevation and heavy snowfall from October to May, we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles. Our maintenance team will plow/shovel the driveway. We also provide shovels and ice melt at the property for your convenience.

Looks just like the online listings. The kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil or device you will need. So easy to walk to river and then take a few steps to the best coffee shop in Estes Park - Coffee On The Rocks. The hosts were super responsive and even provided us extra Mustang Mountain Coastee passes for each guest in our party. Lots of deer and elk in the neighborhood. Great spot!!
The house was beautiful and even better in person. Between the amenities and the games/toys available for children, it’s perfect for families. The property is within a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Estes Park and RMNP and within walking distance to the Big Thompson River and Coffee On the Rocks. Sara, the property manager, was very responsive to any questions. We will definitely be coming back!

Chris's place was fantastic! It was perfect for our family of four adults. Our visit was a celebration of my daughter's college graduation with the main purpose of hiking in RMNP. The location was perfect - it was a 5-10 minute drive to the park entrance and a 5 minute drive to downtown. There's a great variety of restaurants, breweries/bars and things to do. We walked to the coffee shop every morning. The coaster passes and coupons to local shops were appreciated! The townhouse is one of the best places I've stayed. There are many nice touches and it's so comfortable - plenty of towels, blankets, full stocked kitchen, a nice patio, games. Chris has thought of everything! I didn't need to reach out for anything because there are directions inconspicuously placed perfectly where needed. It really was a perfect fit for us and we loved our stay. Thank you for having us!
We had an amazing stay here! The check-in process was seamless thanks to clear, step-by-step instructions, and the home itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The welcome basket was such a thoughtful touch; it included passes to the Mustang Mountain Coaster, which was so fun, plus coffee shop gift cards, snacks, and more. We also loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including pots, pans, spices, and even a crockpot. They provided a great list of restaurants and things to do in Estes Park, which made planning easy. The location was perfect, and the property manager was friendly and very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
This is the best-equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, down to the herbs and spices and oils in the kitchen and tissues in the bathrooms. The townhouse is well made and you don’t hear people on other floors or beside. Just a tiny bit of road noise during the day. Amazing guidebook. We loved staying here. My two teens were super happy to have their own rooms and king beds! Comfortable beds too
