We’ve thought of every detail to simplify your stay—from three premium King beds and a fully equipped kitchen with chef-ready tools, to a pack n play, high chair, safety gate and more for the little ones. Relax on the riverfront deck with your morning coffee, watch local elk graze by the water, and enjoy a completely supported stay backed by Sara's 20 years of local Estes Park hospitality.

+ Convenience: A half-bath and dedicated laundry room are located on the main level.

+ Sleeping Quarters: Two additional King bedrooms (one with direct river views) provide ample space for guests.

+ Full Bath: A shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All bathrooms are stocked with hair dryers, makeup remover wipes and refillable luxury shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
