TRAVEL IN ESTES PARK

While a car is highly recommended for exploring the area, Estes Park offers a convenient free summer transit service, "The Peak," from late May to late October providing easy access to destinations within Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

You can walk downtown (1/2) Mile away.

WINTER DRIVING

Estes Park's snow plow crew is excellent, ensuring regular clearing during snowstorms. However, significant blizzards can cause delays. Given our 8,000-foot elevation and heavy snowfall from October to May, we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles. Our maintenance team will plow/shovel the driveway. We also provide shovels and ice melt at the property for your convenience.

We loved the location of this townhome. It was great to sit by the river in the evening on the scattered benches and table. We also enjoyed walking along the river path to the nearby coffee shop. It was easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park as well as the town of Estes. We even walked to dinner one night, We had to walk along shoulder of road for part of it, but not too bad. The home was decorated nicely and was very well stocked with kitchen and other supplies - more than we’d experienced in other rentals. We also loved that all the bedrooms were “equal”. Hard to find a 3 bedroom unit that has all king size beds. This was perfect for 3 adult couples to share.

The house was spotless, well stocked (the best stocked place we have ever stayed at) and in a great location. This place was perfect for our stay! They even accommodated for a two-year-old for us. The home had everything we needed! We absolutely loved the location being on the river! It is conveniently located, not too far from Rocky Mountain National Park entrance near Bear Lake and also not too far from town. Sara is most likely the best host I have ever run across!
